Late Policy

Please arrive at least five minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a full massage session.
If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork.
Clients who arrive late will receive the remaining time of their appointment but will be charged for the full scheduled session.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

Please be mindful of our cancellation terms to avoid unnecessary charges:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will be charged 25% of the service fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session will be charged 50% of the service fee.
  • No-shows or failure to call and cancel will result in a 100% charge for the scheduled service.

Sick Policy

For the health and safety of both clients and therapists, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell. Attending a session while sick may worsen your condition and increases the risk of spreading contagious illnesses.

Clients experiencing any of the following — or any other contagious illness not listed — will be rescheduled: vomiting, fever, cold, influenza, diarrhea, measles, mumps, rubella, chickenpox, head lice, scabies, impetigo, meningitis, conjunctivitis (pink eye), hepatitis A, thrush, polio, ringworm (body, feet, or scalp), meningococcal disease, or whooping cough.
