For first-time guests, we recommend a Swedish massage — it's relaxing and still provides the therapeutic benefits you're looking for. When you call to schedule, let us know any preferences you have, such as cream or oil, focus areas, or anything you'd like to avoid.

A Swedish massage is a great starting point. It's relaxing, therapeutic, and gives your therapist a chance to understand your body and preferences before exploring other modalities.

We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing. You will be draped with a sheet during the massage, so you may undress to your level of comfort.

Your therapist will greet you and discuss your goals and preferences before the session begins. The full session time is yours — no paperwork or intake forms eating into your massage.

We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are not encouraged. You can easily book online or by calling our studio.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Like many wellness practices, we reserve your appointment time exclusively for you, so last-minute cancellations or no-shows make it hard to offer that time to another client. A valid card on file helps reduce no-shows — it's not charged when you book, and is only charged per our cancellation policy if a session is canceled too late or missed. If an emergency comes up, just contact us as soon as possible; we review those situations with care.

Certain health conditions may contraindicate massage therapy. Please inform your therapist of any medical issues or concerns before your session. If you're unsure whether massage is safe for you, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider first.

We follow strict cleanliness protocols. Massage tables, linens, and equipment are thoroughly sanitized between each session, and hand sanitizer is available throughout the studio.

It's best to wait until all pain and itching from the new tattoo has fully resolved — typically a few weeks.
