3. Payment

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

4. Code of Conduct

We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexual remarks, advances, or misconduct, will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported to the authorities. The full session fee will still apply.

5. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. Liability Waiver

By booking a service, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the massage services provided and agree to release Béni Massage and Wellness and its staff from any and all liability for injuries or conditions that may result from treatment.
