Late Policy

Please arrive at least five minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a full massage session.
If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork.
Clients who arrive late will receive the remaining time of their appointment but will be charged for the full scheduled session.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

Please be mindful of our cancellation terms to avoid unnecessary charges:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will be charged 25% of the service fee.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session will be charged 50% of the service fee.
• No-shows or failure to call and cancel will result in a 100% charge for the scheduled service.

Credit Card on File Policy

To reserve an appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

Your card will not be charged when your appointment is scheduled. It will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

This policy helps us protect our therapists’ schedules and allows us to offer appointment times to other clients who are seeking care.

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for helping us provide the best possible experience for all of our clients.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We review these situations with care and understanding.

Sick Policy

For the health and safety of both clients and therapists, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell. Attending a session while sick may worsen your condition and increases the risk of spreading contagious illnesses.

Clients experiencing any of the following — or any other contagious illness not listed — will be rescheduled: vomiting, fever, cold, influenza, diarrhea, measles, mumps, rubella, chickenpox, head lice, scabies, impetigo, meningitis, conjunctivitis (pink eye), hepatitis A, thrush, polio, ringworm (body, feet, or scalp), meningococcal disease, or whooping cough.
