After nearly two decades of working as a massage therapist, I’ve discovered that one of the most rewarding parts of my work isn’t just what happens during a session—it’s the conversations that happen before and after. I love answering questions, sharing knowledge, and helping people understand their bodies a little better.
I’ve been serving the Kingwood community for years, and I’ve seen how much people value having a trusted resource for wellness information. This blog is my way of extending that conversation beyond the massage table.
